  Portfolio Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a good all round property professional to join this privately owned industrial property group as they enter an exciting growth phase.

With an impressive collection of assets already under management with further development upside, this varied role will include exposure to asset and property management with potential funds management interaction.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
  • Financial Modelling & Feasibility Analysis (Estate Master Experience Preferred)
  • Preparation of Acquisition Proposals for Board Approval
  • Negotiation of New Leases & Rent Reviews
  • Maintain Ongoing & Effective Relationships with Tenants & Agents
  • Prepare & Manage Capital Expenditure Budgets
  • Negotiate and Manage Tenant Fit-Outs
  • Target Pre-Lease Opportunities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting to take the step up from property management or leasing into a more diversified role or perhaps has experience already in a similar role.

You will have a solid understanding of commercial and industrial property fundamentals and valuation techniques, and strong financial modelling skills will be beneficial.

Property Maintenance - Lane Cove/Seven Hills

We require an energetic and self motivated person to assist with property repairs and maintenance on industrial buildings at Seven Hills/Lane Cove. This role is hands-on and involves dealing with tenants.  You need to be a self-starter, reliable, have a current driver’s licence and your own basic tools and be of a clean and tidy appearance. This is a permanent position. Immediate start.
